Do I need to schedule a visit to your office or can the work be conducted remotely?

Absolutely no need for a visit unless you choose to do so. Many of our clients decide to send us all their documents and pertinent information digitally from the comfort of their office/home. This allows you to maximize your time while still getting the services you require.

The digital era has provided us many tools like email, file sharing, etc that allows us to conduct our business without your presence. However, you may have to returned signed documents by scanning and sending them depending on the service.

Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Yes, definitely! We offer a free initial consultation to ensure that our services are a good fit for your business. Whether you are looking for ongoing bookkeeping or an in depth business consultation, our experts are happy to meet in person, speak on the phone, or chat via email prior to your committment. We want you to be certain in trusting us with your business. 

What are your professional credentials? Are you a member of any professional tax or accounting organizations?

Our principal is an an accredited CPA (CGA), CPA (USA), FCCA (UK) and CGMA (USA).  Furthermore, our principal is a member of AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).

When do you require payment?

An invoice is issued upon completion of the work and the payment is required promptly following the invoice. Ongoing services may be billed on retainer with the remainder  being progress billed or billed upon completion. If you require any other terms in regards to payment, they should be requested and approved in advance.

I'm starting a business. When should I contact a CPA?

The best time to contact a CPA is BEFORE you start you business. Not only can we assist you in properly registering your business, but we can also help guide you through the startup process and track your startup purchases. In doing so, you will be better organized from the initaition of your business and will not require to play catch months later. This is also the most cost efficient manner.

Do you outsource any of your tax or accounting services?

No. Rest assured, we do not outsource any of our work. Whether it is a basic tax return or comprehensive ongoing accounting, all our financial services are conducted in house by firm employees.
